🙋‍♀️ Oops, Wrong Address!

Uh oh, made a mistake with your shipping address at checkout? These things happen!

Unfortunately we can't make any edits to an order after you've completed checkout. But don't stress! Just get in touch with the shipping carrier directly and provide them your order tracking number.

If your package hasn't shipped yet, they should be able to update your delivery address. If it's already on its way, contact them ASAP and they can redirect it for you.

We suggest keeping a close eye on that tracking info for any status updates. If the carrier can't get your package to the address provided, they'll send it back our way and you'll receive an automatic refund once it's returned to our warehouse.

We know address mix-ups happen from time to time. Let us know if you need any help getting things sorted with the shipping carrier! We're always here to lend a hand.
